Initial Submission

Please note to upload the following documents during initial submission:

• Title page file consisting of title of the paper and names, affiliations, emails of all authors in .pdf format.

• Please name the file as: Title_(Name of the paper).pdf. For example: Title page_A Bayesian life-cycle model to estimate escapement at MSY in salmon.pdf

• Abstract page file consisting of the title, the abstract (in the structured format as mentioned above) and the keywords. Names of authors or any other details should not be included or revealed in any manner. Care should be taken that identification of the authors are not revealed.

• Please name the file as: Abstract_(Name of the paper).pdf. For example: Abstract_A Bayesian life-cycle model to estimate escapement at MSY in salmon.pdf

• Manuscript file consisting of the title, the abstract, the keywords and the main manuscript. Names of authors or any other details should not be included this file. Care should be taken that identification of the authors is not revealed.

• Please name the file as: Manuscript_initial_submission_(Name of the paper).pdf. For example: Manuscript_initial_submission_A Bayesian life-cycle model to estimate escapement at MSY in salmon.pdf

• List of suggested reviewers: Authors may provide a list of maximum three referees, closely associated with domain of the paper. This file should be in .doc x format. The format of the list is:
  
  CARE: In all four files (three in pdf format and one in .pdf format) have to be uploaded during initial submission.

Subsequent Submission

• In case of subsequent submissions (first revision/second revision etc.) only the manuscript file has to be submitted. Submit the Manuscript file consisting of the title, the abstract, the keywords and the main manuscript. Names of authors or any other details should not be included this file. Care should be taken so that identification of the authors is not revealed.

• In case of first revision, please name the file as: Manuscript_first_revision_(Name of the paper).pdf. For example: Manuscript_first_revision_A Bayesian life-cycle model to estimate escapement at MSY in salmon.pdf

• In case of second revision, please name the file as: Manuscript_second_revision_(Name of the paper).pdf. For example: Manuscript_second_revision_A Bayesian life-cycle model to estimate escapement at MSY in salmon.pdf

Manuscript Proof

• After a paper has been accepted for publication, the editor or publication coordinator shall send an intimation to the corresponding author. On receipt of the same, the authors should send the final manuscript to the editor in .docx format. Thereafter the production coordinator / editor shall send a pdf file to the corresponding author for proof reading. The same has to be returned by the corresponding author with a week. In case any changes are required in the proof read file, the same has to be intimated to the editor/ production coordinator. For proof reading, please name the file as: Manuscript_proof_reading_(Name of the paper).pdf.
  For example: Manuscript_proof_reading_A Bayesian life-cycle model to estimate escapement at MSY in salmon.pdf

• The print ready final version of the manuscript should be named as Manuscript_proof_print ready_(Name of the paper).pdf.
  For example: Manuscript_print ready_A Bayesian life-cycle model to estimate escapement at MSY in salmon.pdf

Submission Protocol

During submissions, the following protocol should be maintained:

1. Initial submission: Subject bar OF THE EMAIL should mention- ‘Initial submission_(Name of the paper)’
   For example: Initial submission_A Bayesian life-cycle model to estimate escapement at MSY in salmon

2. First revision: Subject bar OF THE EMAIL should mention- ‘First revision _(Name of the paper)’

3. Second revision: Subject bar OF THE EMAIL should mention- ‘Second revision _(Name of the paper)’

4. Proof reading: Subject bar OF THE EMAIL should mention- ‘Proof reading _(Name of the paper)’
